Payment is to be made at the time of placing the order using credit card unless prior arrangement is made. For direct credit and cheque payment please contact us via the contact page.
We accept MasterCard and Visa payments through our website secure payment website.
Damaged goods and missing items
Please contact us within 24hrs to report any issues.
We're proud to say that the overwhelming majority of orders received are shipped the same business day but we aim to despatch your order within 2 working days of receiving it. However, when trying to figure out the expected arrival date for your order, be sure to add 1-business day for processing of the order to the estimated shipping times - North Island deliveries are made the day after despatch and South Island is 2 - 3 days after.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only. We have a distribution warehouse based in Penrose, Auckland. In most cases the goods will not be left to an un-attended address as the parcel will need to be signed for. Please check the condition of your delivery, if it looks damaged please sign "damaged" and contact us through the contact page.
If you require an order by a specific date please email through the contact page after you have processed the order.
We do not pass on any of your information to anyone else. We will use your personal information only for the purpose you gave it to us. From time to time we may send you product information (including special offers) in the mail or by email. If at any time in the future you wish to remove your name from our customer list you need only to ask. As required by the Privacy Act 1993 you may also check and correct the accuracy of personal details at any time.
